| Sign-up | How long it takes to get in and what they ask for |
| Video quality | Picture, sound, freezes on a normal connection |
| Conversations | Who you meet, whether they're real people, how much time you lose skipping |
| Language | Whether you understand and are understood, translator included |
| Cancelling | How easy it is to cancel |
The final score isn't an average: it's my overall judgment, and I always explain why.
What I don't do
- I don't score services I haven't used.
- I don't publish prices or stats I can't verify.
- The affiliate commission doesn't change the score.
Updates
Every page shows the month it was last updated. If a service changes significantly, the page changes with it.
