If you paid on the website
- Log in to your CooMeet account.
- Open the part of your profile where the subscription is.
- Turn off the renewal. In my case, one click did it.
- Check the confirmation email and keep it.
If you paid on iPhone
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions and choose CooMeet.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you paid on Android
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose CooMeet and tap Cancel subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription: you need to cancel as above.
How to ask for a refund
- Paid on the website: email support@coomeet.com with your account email, the date and the amount, and attach the receipt.
- Paid on iPhone: the request goes to Apple, through «Report a Problem» (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Paid on Android: the request goes to Google, from your Play Store order history.
Write early and keep it clear: what you paid, when, and why you're asking for a refund. Short, precise requests get faster answers.

Can I delete my account too?
Yes, ask support at support@coomeet.com if you can't find the option in your profile.
